I honestly couldn’t recommend Sal’s Place highly enough. The customer service I received was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

I used Sal’s Place to purchase a large BonFeu BonBiza for my husband’s big 0 birthday. As I wanted it to be a surprise, I was particularly concerned about lead times, delivery and, importantly, where I was going to store such a large item without risking it going out of stock before his birthday!

I spoke to Sal about the BonBiza and explained my situation, and she was absolutely brilliant. She went out of her way to speak to the suppliers and arrange for me to order the item in advance but have it delivered nearer to the date I needed it. This personalised service made such a difference and gave me complete peace of mind that everything would arrive in time while still allowing me to keep it a surprise.

My husband absolutely loves his BonBiza, and once he had received it, he wanted to buy some extra bits and attachments from Sal’s Place. Once again, Sal went above and beyond to help. My husband had accidentally ordered the wrong size of one of the items, and Sal made sure it was replaced with the correct size and fed exed it that day to meet a party deadline.

It’s rare to receive such genuinely personal and helpful customer service these days. Sal couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the whole process, and I really appreciated the time and effort she put into making everything work for us.

I honestly couldn’t give Sal’s Place a higher review. Excellent service all round and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Beautiful firepit and arrived SO quickly - I was shocked! But what impressed me most was the incredible customer service. The original firepit was unavailable, but I immediately got a helpful and personal email and was able to make another choice and felt so supported and confident with what we purchased - and it was perfect! I would absolutely recommend Sal's to anyone and will be going back for future garden and furniture purchases

I have purchased items from Sal's Place before, I keep going back because it is run by a family who care about the business and a loyal customer base. The Zoluna Solar Lamp itself fits really nicely in our garden and exceeded expectations, most dim down after a little while, but this one remains bright.

I really love my new water bowl! It took a little longer than expected to arrive due to the high temperatures slowing production at the UK workshop, but I was kept informed about the new delivery dates by Sally. It arrived well packaged and the delivery man was friendly and accommodating. It looks great in our garden, just need to get some pretty plants around it now! Overall very happy : )
