Refunds and Returns

At Sal's Place, we take great care to provide high quality products in excellent condition.

Upon delivery, customers should inspect their goods promptly and before assembly, installation, or use. Any visible damage, missing parts, or issues believed to have occurred during transit should be reported to us as soon as possible.

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault as a result of transit, this must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the damage, packaging, and the item itself to assist with our investigation. Where a valid transit damage claim is accepted, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or other suitable resolution.

Please note that claims for transit damage reported after the 14 day period may not be accepted, as carriers and suppliers operate strict reporting deadlines. Failure to inspect and report damage promptly may affect our ability to offer a remedy.

For all other returns, customers may return goods within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and has not been opened, assembled, installed, or otherwise altered. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, together with a copy of the original delivery note or invoice.

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and items must be returned in good condition. We reserve the right to decline returns where these conditions are not met or where the supplier's return policy does not permit a return.

Please be aware that made to order, bespoke, or custom items are non refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Once production has commenced, cancellation or return of such items is not possible.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@salsplace.com with your order details and the reason for the return. We will be happy to assist and guide you through the process.

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please notify us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, any associated delivery or return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of an error relating to pricing, product information, or availability on our website, we reserve the right to cancel or amend an order. In such cases, a full refund will be offered.
