Refunds and Returns

At Sal’s Place, we take great care to provide high-quality products in excellent condition. If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault during delivery, we will gladly arrange for a repair or replacement. For all other returns, customers may return goods within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and has not been opened, assembled, or installed. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, along with a copy of the original delivery note or invoice. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and items must be returned in good condition. We reserve the right to decline returns if these conditions are not met or if the supplier’s return policy does not permit it.

Please be aware that made-to-order or custom items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged. Once production has begun on such items, cancellation or return is not possible.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at sales@salsplace.com with details of your order and the reason for the return. We are here to assist and will guide you through the next steps.

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please let us know as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, any associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an error in pricing or availability on our website, we reserve the right to cancel or amend an order. In such cases, a full refund will be offered.
