Refunds and Returns
At Sal’s Place, we strive to provide high-quality products in excellent condition. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged before or during delivery, we will gladly repair or replace it. If, after receiving the goods, you change your mind and the items are still in a saleable condition (i.e., in the same condition you received them), you have up to 14 days to return them to us.
To return an item, please notify us by email at sales@salsplace.com with details of the reason for your return. Then, return the item along with a copy of your delivery note or invoice. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned in good condition, and the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, but before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. If the goods have already been dispatched, you will be liable for any charges we incur due to the cancellation. In the event of an error with our online pricing, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order. In such cases, a full refund for the goods will be offered
