Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. As we work with a range of trusted suppliers and manufacturers, delivery times can vary depending on the specific product ordered.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are shown on individual product pages wherever possible. These delivery estimates may vary depending on:

  • Supplier stock availability
  • Product type
  • Courier capacity
  • Seasonal demand
  • Made-to-order or pre-order items

Some items may be delivered within 1-2 working days, whilst others may take longer, particularly for larger outdoor kitchen products, specialist items, bespoke products, or pre-orders.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items

Certain products may be listed as:

  • Pre-order
  • Low stock
  • Temporarily out of stock
  • Made to order

Where applicable, estimated lead times will be displayed on the product page. If there are any significant changes or delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Split Deliveries

As products may be dispatched from different suppliers or warehouses, your order may arrive in multiple deliveries and at different times.

Large & Pallet Deliveries

Some larger items, including BBQs, outdoor kitchens, and heavy accessories, may be delivered via pallet courier or specialist delivery service.

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available to accept delivery
  • Adequate access is available for large vehicles
  • Items are inspected upon arrival where possible

Any visible damage should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, together with photographs where possible.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to most UK mainland addresses. Additional delivery charges or restrictions may apply to certain postcodes, including:

  • Highlands
  • Islands
  • Northern Ireland
  • Remote locations

If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

Delays Outside Our Control

Whilst we always aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, supplier shortages, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
