Fig, Prosciutto, and Burrata Pizza
A stunning, flavour-packed pizza with a creamy finish.
Ingredients:
- Pizza dough
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3-4 figs, sliced
- 4-5 slices of prosciutto
- 1 ball burrata cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions:
- Preheat the pizza oven to 800°F (425°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough and spread a thin layer of tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on the dough.
- Add fig slices and bake for 1-2 minutes until golden.
- After baking, tear the prosciutto into pieces and place over the pizza.
- Tear open the burrata and scoop the creamy interior onto the pizza.
- Top with fresh basil and drizzle with olive oil.
