Fig, Prosciutto, and Burrata Pizza

A stunning, flavour-packed pizza with a creamy finish.

Ingredients:

  • Pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3-4 figs, sliced
  • 4-5 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 ball burrata cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the pizza oven to 800°F (425°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and spread a thin layer of tomato sauce.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on the dough.
  4. Add fig slices and bake for 1-2 minutes until golden.
  5. After baking, tear the prosciutto into pieces and place over the pizza.
  6. Tear open the burrata and scoop the creamy interior onto the pizza.
  7. Top with fresh basil and drizzle with olive oil.
