The oven is really well made has a high quality finish and the copper looks even better in real life than the photos , it cooks so well and is easy to clean and use , the Clementi tools that came with the oven are really nice to use too ,we find using the smaller paddle we can quite easily accommodate 3 pizzas of a similar size to that paddle in at one go and have sufficient room to turn them, what’s nice about the way the oven works is that there isn’t really any hot spots so you get a nice even bake , we’ve only done pizza so far though . We love the machine so far and definitely so so glad we got the glass door as the optional extra , in our opinion it should only come with a glass door, the solid door spoils the whole enjoyment and makes it hard to know when there ready so well worth getting it if your spending this amount anyway
