Pepperoni Pizza
A classic favourite that is loved by many!
Ingredients:
- Pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 15-20 slices of pepperoni
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Dried oregano (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the pizza oven to 800°F (425°C).
- Roll out the dough and spread a layer of tomato sauce on top.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan.
- Arrange pepperoni slices evenly on top.
- Bake the pizza in the pizza oven for 1-2 minutes.
- After baking, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano if desired.
