Features

Performance & Features 💧

The Kjos uses Dimplex Optimyst Cassette 600 technology to create its flame effect using water vapour and lighting. Unlike a traditional fireplace, it does not burn fuel and does not provide heat, making it suitable when your priority is creating a decorative fireplace feature and a relaxing ambience.

The flame effect can be adjusted using the supplied remote control, allowing you to change the appearance of the fire to suit the room and occasion.

A 1.2 litre water capacity provides up to 8 hours of operation, depending on the selected settings and conditions. With a consumption rate of approximately 0.15 litres per hour, the water vapour system is designed for convenient everyday use.

Safety

Installation & Safety 🛡️

The Kjos is designed for indoor use and does not require a chimney or flue. Its wall mounted format helps keep the fireplace away from floor level, while the supplied mounting brackets are designed to assist with installation.

Always install the fireplace according to the manufacturer's instructions and ensure the mounting surface is suitable for the weight of the appliance. Keep the area around the fireplace clear and do not obstruct any required openings.

Although the fireplace does not use a combustion flame, children and pets should be supervised around the appliance. Always follow the supplied user manual and installation instructions.
