By default, your planter will arrive in its raw steel state. If left to the elements, the transformation to full patina begins within days and typically completes in 6 to 9 months depending on local climate. Prefer it rusted on arrival? Choose our pre-weathering service and enjoy instant rustic charm.

🌧️ Note on Run-Off: During the early stages of weathering, rainwater may carry pigment runoff that can stain light-coloured surfaces. For temporary protection, we recommend placing your planter on stone, gravel, or another suitable base.
