At the centre of the BonBiza experience is the large circular plancha, made from 6 mm thick steel and measuring 80 cm in diameter. This expansive cooking surface lets you prepare several dishes at once – from sizzling meats to grilled vegetables and even seafood.

Heat radiates from the fire at the centre of the bowl outward across the plancha, creating multiple heat zones. Sear in the middle, simmer at the edges – it’s cooking made intuitive and fun. Whether you’re feeding a group or cooking casually for two, the BonBiza Rust adapts to the occasion.

When you're finished cooking, cleaning is quick and easy. Food residue and excess oil can be gently pushed into the fire with a spatula, and the surface wipes clean with a damp cloth – ready for next time.
