• BonBiza Open Black is constructed from steel with a sleek black finish. Please note that this material will also begin to rust naturally when exposed to moisture – a process that enhances the fire bowl's bold, rugged aesthetic. It is a natural part of the material’s charm.

At the heart of the BonBiza Open is a generous 80 cm plancha cooking plate, made from 6 mm thick steel. This spacious surface gives you the freedom to cook multiple dishes at once, whether you are sizzling meats in the centre or warming bread along the edges.

The heat radiates evenly from the centre of the plate outwards, allowing you to create different cooking zones – high heat for searing, lower heat for slow cooking or keeping food warm. It is ideal for interactive, relaxed outdoor cooking where everyone can join in.

When it is time to clean, simply push excess oil or food residue into the fire using a spatula. Wipe with a damp cloth and the plancha is ready for next time.
