With dimensions of 160 cm wide, 35 cm deep, and 105 cm high, this is a generously sized grill with room to handle anything from burgers to brisket. The cooking area measures 117 x 34 cm, with a grill height of 90 cm from the ground – perfect for easy access and comfortable grilling.

The Chef XL comes with two heavy-duty grill grates, each measuring 50 x 33 cm. These aren’t just any grates – they’re made from 5 mm thick hot-rolled steel, with each one weighing over 5 kilograms for unbeatable heat retention and flavour-packed results.

Whether you're grilling 3 to 5 kilograms of meat or a medley of sausages and veggies, this grill gives you space, control, and even heat every time.

Built with Authentic Materials – Because Quality Matters

The body is crafted from 3 mm thick Cor-Ten steel, a weather-resistant metal that develops a rich, rustic patina over time. Initially a grey steel, it transforms into a reddish-brown hue with exposure to the elements, giving the Chef XL its warm, industrial charm. This evolving surface is more than just good looks – it's nature’s own protective barrier.

Paired with stainless steel side panels, hood, and legs, the Chef XL stands strong in all seasons. It’s built to stay outdoors 365 days a year, through wind, rain, sunshine, and snow – no cover or storage required. 💪

Intelligent Design for Effortless Grilling

This grill doesn’t just look good – it performs beautifully too. You’ll find ventilation valves at the bottom and on the lid, letting you fine-tune airflow for precise temperature control. The bottom ventilation rack keeps your charcoal burning efficiently, and the external thermometer on the hood (up to 250 °C) ensures you’re always cooking at just the right heat.

Prefer charcoal or briquettes? Take your pick – this grill handles both. The removable stainless steel legs (secured with butterfly bolts) feature wide ground-level soles for rock-solid stability on any surface.

The bottom tray is made of 3 mm Cor-Ten steel for long-lasting durability, while the handles are forged from 8 mm steel – strong, solid, and ready to withstand years of use.

Make It Your Own – Custom Grates Available

When placing your order, you can choose from the following grate styles to match your cooking style:
ZZG, CG-1, VG, MG, or FTG. If no preference is mentioned, we’ll include the classic ZZG grate as standard. Please note: the CG-1 griddle shown in the photo is sold separately.

Important Details – We Believe in Full Transparency

Here’s what to keep in mind before firing up your new favourite grill:

• Water may enter slightly through the lid’s micro-gap during heavy rain. Not to worry – it will drain safely through the bottom vent and won’t harm the grill in any way.

• The Cor-Ten steel will darken over time, particularly with exposure to heat – it’s a natural part of the maturing process.

• Do not place the grill on wooden surfaces. Although well contained, the base has small openings where minimal ash or sparks may fall.

• This product is delivered untreated, with a natural grey tone. It will begin developing its protective, rust-coloured finish once exposed to the weather.

• No need to store indoors – Cor-Ten steel is made for outdoor life, no matter the season.
