Built from durable 3 mm steel, the Expert 960 pan is designed for excellent heat retention and even cooking results across its wide surface. The high 5 cm rim makes it ideal not only for frying but also for stewing and steaming when used with a lid. Despite its impressive size, the pan remains surprisingly manageable at just 19 kg, making it easier to transport and set up for events and outdoor catering.

The removable leg system with butterfly screws adds flexibility, allowing for easier storage and transport without compromising stability during use.
