Purposefully Designed for Pizzo – and More

Originally crafted to pair seamlessly with the Pizzo and Pizzo-inox ovens, the Baso-inox-XL is also compatible with other pizza ovens, provided the oven base dimensions are close to 80 cm (width) x 70 cm (depth), with a tolerance of ±2 cm. Always refer to the instruction manual for installation guidance to ensure a safe and stable setup.

Generous Workspace with Smart Storage

From hand-rolling your dough to storing kindling or pizza accessories, this table makes outdoor cooking simpler and tidier. The raised-edge stainless steel surface keeps flour, ingredients and tools contained, while shelves below provide easy access to everything you need – whether it's firewood or extra utensils.

The oven can be installed on either side of the table, giving you the freedom to customise your layout to suit your space and flow.
