Our transport providers deliver GRLLR goods to the nearest kerbside vehicular access point. They are not obliged to place the product nearer to the final position. Parcel courier services deliver smaller products under 30 kg directly to your address.

Delivery Times: Typically 2–4 working days from payment processing. Despatch usually occurs the same day payment is received.

Returns

🔄 Returns

You have 14 days after receipt of your goods to change your mind and return the items. For multiple deliveries, the 14 days start from the last delivery.

Exclusions: Goods that have been damaged or are no longer in their original condition (tags removed, packaging opened).

Process: Contact us via email to start the return process. We will provide a return authorisation and instructions on where to send goods. Returned items must reach us within 14 days of notification.

Return Costs: We cover returns if goods are faulty or misdescribed. For all other cases, customers cover return costs. Refunds may be reduced if items show damage or mishandling.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued as soon as possible, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
