Features

✨ Elegant White Design and Three Sided Viewing

Made from steel with a white finish, the Dakota offers a fresh, understated look that complements Scandinavian interiors, minimalist decor and classic contemporary homes. The light coloured frame creates a beautiful contrast with the flames, helping the fire stand out while maintaining an airy feel in your living space.

Its three sided design provides a wider view of the flames, making the fireplace an attractive feature from different seating positions. The included safety glass helps protect the flame from draughts while preserving a clear view of the fire.

As a wall mounted bioethanol fireplace, Dakota also helps keep your floor space free for furniture and everyday activities.

🔥 Adjustable Burner and Supplementary Heat

The ScandiFlames Dakota features a manual bioethanol burner with a generous 3.5 litre capacity. It produces up to 3.3 kW of heat, offering supplementary warmth alongside its decorative flame display.

The adjustable burner allows you to change the flame size using the supplied tool. This gives you greater control over the appearance of the fire and helps you influence fuel consumption and heat output according to your preferences and the manufacturer's instructions.

With a full burner, you can enjoy up to 7.5 hours of burning time under suitable operating conditions.

Key benefits include:

• Enjoy a beautiful flame display from three viewing angles

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for cosy evenings and entertaining

• Adjust the flame size to suit your preferred ambience

• Enjoy up to 7.5 hours of burning time from one full filling

• Brighten your interior with a stylish white finish

• Keep your floor space clear with a wall mounted design

🏡 Installation and Everyday Maintenance

The Dakota is supplied almost fully assembled, helping simplify installation. The safety glass and burner must be fitted to the frame in accordance with the supplied instructions.

The fireplace is secured to the wall using four screws. As the unit weighs 27 kg, the wall must be strong enough to support its weight safely. Use suitable fixings for the wall construction and seek professional advice if you are unsure about the suitability of your wall.

No traditional chimney or flue is required, offering greater flexibility when planning your interior. However, appropriate room ventilation and the manufacturer's required clearances remain essential.

Bioethanol combustion does not produce the wood ash and soot associated with traditional wood burning fires under normal operating conditions. This helps simplify routine cleaning, although the fireplace still requires regular care according to the manufacturer's guidance.

Safety

🛡️ Indoor Use and Safety Information

The ScandiFlames Dakota White is designed for indoor use in rooms with a minimum volume of 70 m³. Although no chimney is required, adequate ventilation is essential because burning bioethanol consumes oxygen and produces combustion gases, including carbon dioxide and water vapour.

Keep combustible materials, curtains, furniture and decorations away from the flames. The safety glass and surrounding components can become hot during operation, so keep children and pets at a safe distance until the fireplace has cooled completely.

Use only suitable bioethanol fireplace fuel. Never refill a hot or burning burner. Allow the burner to cool completely before refilling, clean up any spilled fuel before ignition and use the supplied extinguishing tool to put out the flames. Never leave a burning fireplace unattended.

Always follow the manufacturer's installation, operating and maintenance instructions, including all required clearances and local safety requirements.
