At the heart of Stix is the AB3 bioethanol burner, which has a 2.5 litre fuel capacity and provides a genuine flame without smoke or ash.

The burner offers a stated burn time of approximately 8 to 11 hours, depending on the installation environment, flame setting and fuel composition. With a thermal output of approximately 1.7 kW, it provides gentle warmth while creating the captivating atmosphere of a traditional fire.

Using e NR G bioethanol means there is no need to store logs, clear away ash or connect the fire to a utility supply.

The Stix surround is available in Grade 304 stainless steel with a brushed finish or Grade 202 stainless steel with a Black Powder Coating.

The AB3 burner is made from Grade 304 stainless steel and is available in Stainless Steel or Black. An optional Black Ceramic Coating is also available for the burner.

If Stix is located in a coastal area or near a swimming pool, regular washing down is recommended to remove salt or pool water and help prevent corrosion.

The AB3 burner is listed by OMNI Test Laboratories Inc. to UL 1370 and certified by BSI in accordance with EN 16647. The model also complies with the ACCC Safety Mandate for Australia.
