ScandiFlames Ulvik Cast Iron Bioethanol Fireplace

Bring timeless Scandinavian character into your home with the ScandiFlames Ulvik Cast Iron Bioethanol Fireplace. This freestanding stove combines the traditional appearance of a classic Scandinavian wood stove with the convenience of bioethanol operation. With a real adjustable flame, front glass viewing panel and 2.1 kW heat output, the Ulvik creates a welcoming focal point for cosy evenings indoors without the need for a chimney or electrical connection.

Design & Materials 🖤

The Ulvik is crafted from durable cast iron and features intricate Scandinavian inspired detailing that gives the stove a distinctive decorative appearance. Its black finish works naturally with both traditional and contemporary interiors.

The decorative top features a handle and can be removed to create a simpler look or provide access to the flat surface underneath. It can be used for suitable light warming tasks, such as gently warming a teapot, when permitted by the manufacturer's instructions. It should not be treated as a general cooking surface unless specifically approved for that purpose.

The front glass panels provide a clear view of the bioethanol flame while helping to enclose the burning area.

With a heat output of 2.1 kW and fuel consumption of approximately 0.3 L/h, the Ulvik provides additional warmth while creating an attractive real flame display. The flame can be adjusted manually using the supplied tool.

The freestanding design means the fireplace does not require a chimney, flue or electrical connection. This allows for greater flexibility when choosing where to position the stove, subject to the manufacturer's installation and safety requirements.

Safety

Safety & Usage 🛡️

The Ulvik is designed for indoor use with suitable bioethanol fuel. Always operate the fireplace in a well ventilated room and follow the manufacturer's instructions.

Never refill the burner while it is lit or still hot. Allow it to cool completely before refilling. Keep the fireplace away from flammable materials and ensure children and pets are supervised when the fireplace is in use.
