Lobster and Truffle Oil Pizza
A luxurious pizza with seafood and an earthy touch.
Ingredients:
- Pizza dough
- 1/4 cup white sauce (béchamel or Alfredo)
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 lobster tail, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
- Truffle oil (for drizzling)
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the pizza oven to 800°F (425°C).
- Roll out the dough and spread a thin layer of white sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Evenly distribute lobster meat and mushrooms on top.
- Bake for 1-2 minutes, checking to avoid burning the lobster.
- After baking, drizzle with truffle oil, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
