Lobster and Truffle Oil Pizza

 

A luxurious pizza with seafood and an earthy touch.

Ingredients:

  • Pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup white sauce (béchamel or Alfredo)
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 lobster tail, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • Truffle oil (for drizzling)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the pizza oven to 800°F (425°C).
  2. Roll out the dough and spread a thin layer of white sauce.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Evenly distribute lobster meat and mushrooms on top.
  5. Bake for 1-2 minutes, checking to avoid burning the lobster.
  6. After baking, drizzle with truffle oil, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
