Crafted with a durable 3 mm thick steel pan and a lightweight aluminium domed lid, the PRO 450 CAT is designed for both strength and versatility. The curved pan shape allows for even heat distribution and multi style cooking, while the detachable lid design means it can be used as both a sealed cataplana for steaming and a wide open wok style pan for frying.

The stainless steel frame and legs are built for long term outdoor use, offering excellent resistance to corrosion and easy maintenance. With a compact yet stable structure, it is ideal for both home cooks and professional caterers.
